Kids Therapy is a compassionate team dedicated to providing individualized therapy and support to families with diverse needs. Our focus is on delivering excellent pediatric occupational therapy services. With a team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Therapy assistants, and support workers, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. We are very excited to offer this unique product. The current box is an adapted stationary box. The box includes stationary needed for daily activities and is adapted for use by children, teens, and adults. The stationary is adapted in such a way that the individual will be able to work alongside their peers. The pack includes a letter from an Occupational Therapist describing how each item is adapted. This letter can be used to understand the items better as well as used as a recommendation to use core funding – low-cost AT to purchase the pack.

How to purchase the pack:
- Complete the personal information section. All information will be kept confidential and will remain secure.
- Complete payment via a secure payment gateway.
- if you need an invoice for an NDIS payment request, complete that part.
We will need your child’s ndis number, whether they are plan-managed or self-managed as well as the email address for the invoice to be sent.
If the invoice is being sent to a plan manager then the OT recommendation letter will be added as well - When payment has cleared the pack will be assembled and mailed via Australia Post.
