We are very excited to offer this unique product. The current box is an adapted stationary box. The box includes stationary needed for daily activities and is adapted for use by children, teens, and adults. The stationary is adapted in such a way that the individual will be able to work alongside their peers. The pack includes a letter from an Occupational Therapist describing how each item is adapted and the different goals this pack could assist with. This letter can be used to understand the items better and as a recommendation to use core funding – low-cost AT to purchase the pack. Included in the pack is a book written by an Occupational Therapist, this social story will help to explain and encourage the use of the adapted stationary for younger individuals.  Stationery are ‘brand names’ and value-for-money quality pieces.

How to purchase the pack:

1. Complete the personal information section. All information will be kept confidential and will remain secure.
2. Complete payment via a secure payment gateway.
3. if you need an invoice for an NDIS payment request, complete the NDIS  part.e
   We will need your child’s NDIS number, whether plan-managed or self-managed and the email address for the invoice to be sent.
   If the invoice is being sent to a plan manager then the OT recommendation letter will be added as well
4. When payment has cleared the pack will be assembled and mailed via Australia Post.
