The box includes stationary needed for daily activities and is adapted for use by children, teens, and adults. The stationary is adapted in such a way that the individual will be able to work alongside their peers. The pack includes a letter from an Occupational Therapist describing how each item is adapted. This letter can be used to understand the items better and as a recommendation to use core funding – low-cost AT to purchase the pack.

How to purchase the pack:

1. Complete the personal information section. All information will be kept confidential and will remain secure.
2. Complete payment via a secure payment gateway.
3. if you need an invoice for an NDIS payment request, complete that part.
   We will need your child’s NDIS number, whether plan-managed or self-managed and the email address for the invoice to be sent.
   If the invoice is being sent to a plan manager then the OT recommendation letter will be added as well
4. When payment has cleared the pack will be assembled and mailed via Australia Post.
